As a young entrepreneur at the age of 19, I started my journey in the business world as a stereo and alarm installer, providing top-notch service to the local residents. Alongside my passion for technology, I also delved into TV repair, becoming a trusted name in the industry.
In 1994, a fateful encounter with a friend introduced me to the world of insurance. Recognizing the value it could bring to the community, I eagerly embraced the opportunity. This pivotal moment marked the beginning of my transformation into an insurance broker. Over the years, I honed my expertise, continuously striving to provide comprehensive coverage and personalized advice to meet the unique needs of our clients.
Fueling our growth, my sister joined me in 1994, working part-time and contributing to the service-oriented culture we sought to cultivate. By 1995, our dedication paid off, and I officially became an insurance broker - a significant milestone that solidified our commitment to excellence.
Building upon our success, we expanded our services in 1999 to accommodate the evolving needs of our valued customers. Not only did we offer exceptional insurance solutions, but we also introduced notary services, recognizing the importance of convenient document certification for our community.
Driven by a desire to provide comprehensive assistance, we took yet another leap in 2002, venturing into the realm of bail bonding. Understanding the challenges faced by individuals entangled in legal proceedings, we aimed to offer a helping hand during difficult times.
In 1999, fully aware of the tax burdens faced by individuals and businesses, we commenced our reliable tax preparation services. With a meticulous eye for detail, we ensure accurate filings and assist our clients in navigating the complex world of taxation.
Embracing change and constantly striving to better serve our community, we relocated to our current address at 1524 W Martin Luther King Jr Blvd, Los Angeles, CA 90602, in 2011. This move allowed us to expand our reach and create a comfortable, space for our clients.
